Middleburgh Central School District is launching the Connect-ED
telephone messaging system to disseminate urgent information to
parents, staff and community at a moment's notice, and to more
readily communicate about district news and events.
All Middleburgh CSD families and staff will be automatically
enrolled in Connect-ED, using the most recent contact
information provided to the district. You can provide additional
emergency contact numbers and designate a primary number using
the form provided below. Forms will also be available in the
main office of each building.

If you would like to update your contact information in the system, please call the main office of the building where your child is enrolled.
